Works on your machine, or your money back

If you follow the quick-start guide and still can't render the sample short, email hello@skitwright.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We'll first try to help you get it running; if it still doesn't work, you get a full refund.

Other cases

• Charged twice, or charged by mistake: we refund the extra charge.
• Couldn't download the Kit: we'll fix the download, or refund you if we can't.

Why refunds are otherwise limited

The Kit is digital content that you can download right after payment. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you acknowledge that this ends the right to cancel the purchase where the law provides one for digital content (for example the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK). Apart from the cases above, we don't refund a purchase once the Kit has been delivered. This doesn't affect rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our reseller (the Merchant of Record named at checkout). They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. After a refund, please delete your copy of the Kit.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; it's faster for you, and we answer every email.
