That's the whole process.

  1. 01 You write the lines

Write it like a text thread.

Who says what, and how they feel. That's the script. These are the actual lines behind the video above.

    episode.txt

    1. Kai (tired)Another video to post... I can't film myself and edit one more time.
    2. Pixel (eager)So just write the lines. I'll do the rest.
    3. Kai (shocked)Characters, voices, camera... all you?
    4. Pixel (proud)Captions and music too. Twenty seconds of video, about a minute to make.
  2. 02 The characters act it out

    Faces, gestures, camera. Handled.

Every line gets a voice with matching lip sync. The camera cuts to close-ups and reactions on its own, and the music drops when someone talks.

  3. 03 Change a line, reshoot

Not quite right? Change one line.

No re-editing, no credits to buy. Hit render and the new version is ready in about a minute.

    Pixel

Before: Twenty seconds of video, about a minute to make.

After: Twenty seconds of video, done before your coffee is.

    Reshooting… about a minute

One method. A whole series.

Same characters, same sets. Every new episode is just new lines.

FAQ

I can't code. Can I still do this?

Yes. Day to day you only write dialogue, and the quick-start guide walks you through setup step by step. When you want something new, ask your AI assistant in plain English and it makes the change for you.

What computer do I need?

A gaming laptop with a dedicated GPU, or an Apple Silicon Mac. A 20-second short takes about a minute to render. All the software is free, and the guide gives you the checklist.

Are there any other costs?

Rendering runs on your own computer, so there's no per-video fee. There are free voices and paid premium ones. The AI assistant (Claude) needs a paid Anthropic plan; check Anthropic's current pricing.

How is this different from AI video generators?

AI video generators roll the dice on a prompt: different results every time, and usually a charge per clip. Here the characters, sets and camera are yours. The same script gives the same video, which is exactly what a recurring-character channel needs.

When does it launch?

Soon. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email on launch day, with the launch price.

What does joining cost?

Nothing. We only use your email to tell you about the launch, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Can I use the videos commercially? Can I resell the kit?

The videos you make are yours, but the voices follow each voice provider's terms: free cloud voices (for example the ElevenLabs free plan) are not for commercial use, and other free voices aren't clearly licensed for it. For commercial work, use a paid voice with a clear commercial license. The bundled 3D assets are free to use. The kit itself is for your own use only: no reselling or public redistribution.
